Unsolved Serial Killer Murder Mystery Game | Act Like a Real Detective
As the best private investigators in Nevada, you receive a file from Janice Bowers, an investigative journalist of the Las Vegas Times. She has just received an ominous email addressed to her that says, “Lady Pride: You’re next.” Janice writes to you, explaining that a week of murder has rocked Las Vegas. Each day for the past six days, the body of a victim marked with one of the seven deadly sins has appeared at the front entrance of Freeman’s Gold Mine. Janice believes that the email identifies her as the next victim.
Fearing for her life, Janice has become desperate to identify the killer before she becomes the next victim. Despite the sensational aspects of the crimes and the populated area in which they occurred, no suspects have been named and the murderer remains at large. After looking through her materials, Janice has concluded that there are four people she knows who could wish to kill her. She is sure the suspect is amongst them.
She has sent you all the information and evidence about these murders that she has collected using her investigative skills. You will have to use the documents and information Janice provided to figure out which of the suspects could have committed these murders. In order to prevent Janice’s murder, you will have to solve the previous six.

What do I get when I buy this game?
You’ll receive a USB flash drive loaded with a letter from Janice, a suspect folder, and a victim folder. Inside each folder you’ll have dozens of evidence files to comb through and some you’ll need to unlock with encypted codes.
Do I need to print everything out?
No. This game is designed to be played easily on your computer and can be great for playing virtually with friends and family by sharing your screen. You’re welcome to print the files if you’d like, but it’s designed to be played on the computer.
What is the difficulty level of this game?
This game is mean to be challenging. We rate this as a 9/10 in terms of difficulty, but we do offer a hint system if you get stuck at any point.
How long does it take to solve?
Gameplay times vary greatly depending on how many people are working to solve the crime. Most teams of 2 or more take roughly 2-6 hours to solve the crime.
Do I play alone or as a group?
You can play alone as a solo player, as a group working together to solve the crime, or even on teams to see which team can crack the case first. It is easy to play in-person or virtually sharing your screen as you comb through the files.

The thumb drive is loaded with evidence Janice has collected in the case, including suspect photos, crime scene reports, voicemails, press releases, online articles, websites, and more.
ONLINE HINT SYSTEM: This cold case game includes a hint system that’s accessible on a secret website. If you get stuck as you try to find clues and unlock various files that are passcode protected, you can refer to the hint system for help solving the crime. Once you’ve figured out who the killer really is, you’ll be able to submit your answer to the Las Vegas Times tip line. But if you get the answers wrong, you can continue to investigate the crime without the answer being revealed.
