The Cult Leader and their army of brainwashed servants will sow deceit to keep the Cult Leader’s identity hidden from the Villagers. How It Works
Draw Role and Brainwashed Cards
These cards will determine if you are a Villager, Brainwashed, or the Cult Leader.
Use Action Cards
Each player uses an Action Card to either gain information on another player’s role or share their own role information to gain the trust of others.
Elect an Mayor
The town votes on who will be elected Mayor. The Mayor chooses one person they believe is the Cult Leader, but other players are welcome to try to sway their decision.
Find The Cult Leader
If the Villagers find the Cult Leader, the Villagers wins! But if they pick wrong, the Cult Members win!
From the Creator of Don’t Get Stabbed and Full of It!
Jordan McLaughlin founded his company, Rookie Mage Games, in 2018 to bring his passion for rambunctious fun to others.
Born and raised in Central Ohio, Jordan was the kid that organized the superhero games at recess and made his cousins perform in plays he wrote (which they loved but refuse to admit it).
Jordan worked late evenings at the public library to create his first game, Don’t Get Stabbed. He designed the mechanics, created the artwork, and planned production himself.
After the success of Don’t Get Stabbed, Jordan has dedicated himself to creating new and creative ways for friends and families to gather around a table and have some fun.
Jordan currently resides in New Albany, Ohio with his partner Alex, who is really tired of being forced to playtest new game ideas all the time.
