The world is on the edge of the abyss. We write the year 1926; an ancient being of incomprehensible power stirs in his eon-long sleep, bringing death and madness to humanity. “Eldritch Horror” is a cooperative game about adventure and unspeakable horrors in which 1 to 8 players take on the role of investigators traveling around the world. They try to solve puzzles, collect clues and protect the world from a “Great Old” – an older being who only has total destruction in mind. Each “Big Old” brings unique myth and research card sets into the game, which inaugurate players deeper into the knowledge of these damning creatures.
Twelve investigators, 250 tokens, and over 300 cards ensure that “Eldritch Horror” is an epic, world-spanning adventure with every game.
